About Discipling Hearts & Minds

I'm Abi, a Christian mom of 2 littles with a degree in Counseling. I have a strong passion for helping Christian parents make more informed and confident decisions about raising their little ones to love God with all their hearts AND develop healthy brains. I am currently pursuing my license in Marriage and Family Therapy, but also staying home with my babies part-time. I am so passionate about this work, I knew I needed an outlet to keep learning and growing, both as a parent and therapist. This is my outlet. I hope you'll stick around to learn and grow with me.
